Mai 2018 j\u00e4hrte sich Zwickaus urkundliche Ersterw\u00e4hnung zum 900. Mal, was den Auftakt f\u00fcr eine ganz besondere Festwoche bedeutete. Das FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS als zentrales Element der Feierlichkeiten beschenkte die Stadt dazu mit einem ganz au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Erlebnis.<\/p>\n<p>Mit Lichtinstallationen, Videoprojektionen und Video-Mappings wurden von 20:00 Uhr bis 0:00 Uhr rund 20 Geb\u00e4ude in leuchtende Historie verwandeln. So lebte die Stadtgeschichte im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum ganz neu auf und wurde kreativ interpretiert! Die Einwohner und G\u00e4ste zeigten sich begeistert und werden dieses Jubil\u00e4um noch lange in lebendiger Erinnerung behalten. Episoden aus neun Jahrhunderten, ber\u00fchmte Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten oder einfach nur visuelle Gestaltungen durch Licht schafften eine zauberhaften Atmosph\u00e4re, die zu einer unvergesslichen Reise durch die Zeit einlud.<\/p>\n<p>Vom\u00a0<strong>1. bis zum 5. Mai 2018<\/strong>\u00a0hatten Besucher die Gelegenheit, Zwickau in einem ganz neuen Licht zu erleben. Historische Fassaden, Pl\u00e4tze und versteckte Orte der Stadt verwandelten sich in eine leuchtende Open-Air-Galerie, in der internationale und lokale K\u00fcnstler ihre Werke pr\u00e4sentierten.
