They are the heart of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund: the more than 25,000 employees in Berlin, Stralsund, Gera and Brandenburg a.d. Havel. Collegial internally and committed in contact with the approximately 33 million insured persons and pensioners, they are always committed to the statutory task. They support employees from the start of their working lives right through to retirement age. And they do this without any self-interest, because Germany’s largest pension insurance provider is a service provider on behalf of the German state.
Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund

With the huge light projection on the Berlin building in Konstanzer Straße, the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund thanked its employees for their work. It did this with huge hearts in its own colors of yellow and light blue, which rapidly enlarge, double and pulsate. At the same time, it advertised for specialists and junior staff and used a paternoster that travels the entire height of the building to show what opportunities are available to applicants. The 3D staging provides animated insights into Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund as an employer, projects the advancing digitalization, its values and also the places where a career is possible throughout Germany. More information about the multi-layered tasks is available on the website drv-bund-karriere.de, where employees* tell their very personal stories.
