The “Peacock Alley” was a magnificent walkway connecting the New York hotels The Waldorf and The Astoria. Therefore it is no coincidence that you will come across the peacock as a motif again and again in the Waldorf Astoria Berlin. In the neighbouring zoo two colourful peacock pheasants look forward to your visit and proudly bear the impressive history of the house in their names as “Waldorf” and “Astoria”.

The Waldorf Astoria Berlin belongs with 118 meters to the City West and combines first-class elegance with the “True Waldorf Service”. In 2019 the house shone for the first time next to the Kaiser Wilhelm Memorial Church, making it a real highlight of the Festival of Lights. Guests enjoyed the light spectacle with a sparkling glass of champagne from the library on the 15th floor of the hotel, while the illuminated city literally lay at their feet.
