Slightly away from the epicentre of the FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, but equally worth seeing, the tower of Pankow Town Hall shines in a sea of blossom. With bright colours and eye-catching details, the Viennese creative studio MODULUX transforms the tower into a hypnotic light spectacle.
