Installation “Neutrino”

With “Neutrino”, a large-scale light installation makes its debut at the Festival of Lights. This mesmerizing piece delves into the subatomic world with poetic elegance. Neutrinos are produced during the most powerful events in the cosmos, such as supernovae, nuclear reactions within stars, or the angular momentum loss of a neutron star.

This artistic interpretation of the extraordinary subatomic particle is a collaboration between Circus Lumineszenz and Markus Anders Art. “Neutrino” not only draws inspiration from science but also serves as a symbol of the human spirit’s ability to transcend the limits of understanding. Just as neutrinos move freely through matter, the installation invites viewers to let their imagination and creativity flow boundlessly, captivated by the magic of light and physics.
