Lights on, sound on – the magic returns!

Festival of Lights in Concert is back: Featuring a series of immersive 3D light-art shows & ambient music sets by renowned DJs and artists at the Berlin Cathedral.

Imagine this: You step into the venerable Berlin Cathedral. The space is dark. A faint sound begins to vibrate. Suddenly, the light comes alive – pulsing, dancing, piercing through the monumental architecture. Projections and colors fill the space, gliding across vaults and walls. Music and light merge into a language that speaks straight to the heart. Festival of Lights in Concert is far more than just a concert. It is a journey through sound and light – an intense experience that envelops you, moves you, and won’t let you go.

When light speaks the language of emotion and music pulses through the walls like a living heartbeat, something extraordinary is born: an immersive, holistic artwork presented as part of the internationally acclaimed Festival of Lights Berlin.

From October 13 to 17, 2026, the Berlin Cathedral transforms into a unique space of sound and projection. Set against this majestic backdrop, a multi-day concert series unfolds, weaving high-precision 3D light art and live electronic music into an intense experience of visual magic and emotional sound.

In a breathtaking fusion of 3D art, light, sound, and architectural space, an evening unfolded that touched all the senses. International artists have created 3D projections specifically for the interior of Berlin Cathedral, designed to merge seamlessly with every note, beat, and movement of the music. Accompanied by live DJs, musicians, and sound artists, the soundscape moved between ambient, neo-classical, house, techno-infused structures, and electronic realms – always in dialogue with the light.
