Exhibition EUROPA EXPERIENCE in the European House Berlin

Tape-Art-Installation “Europe’s stars shine colourfully”

Under the project title “Europe’s Stars Shine Colourfully,” the European Parliament and the European Commission have invited the Ukrainian artist Slava Osinski to install a tape art installation at the European House to launch the festival on Friday, October 6, 2023. His markings and stars, which glow spectacularly colourful thanks to the UV light and seem to flow into the space, will transform the exhibition into a magical garden of lights.

“Our exhibition is about diversity, participation, democracy and freedom. These achievements are not self-evident, we see in the sad developments of recent years at Europe’s borders. With this art action we want to call on all people to actively work for a peaceful and united Europe,” say the hosts Georg Pfeifer, Head of the Liaison Office of the European Parliament, and Patrick Lobis, Head of the European Commission Representation in Germany.

Starlight Show. On Saturday, October 14 from 6 to 10 pm.

To close the festival, Europe’s stars will twinkle brightly once again thanks to custom-made lighting requisites. The team of the Light Art Company “Feeding the Fish” will enchant the exhibition rooms and pedestrians on the street with a colourful starlight show on Saturday, October 14, from 6 to 10 p.m., thus giving the program at ERLEBNIS EUROPA a bright finale.
