Show „A Place Where Everyone Belongs“

Directly in sight of the Brandenburg Gate and in the heart of the Great Star stands the Victory Column. The column is staged in 360 degrees and shines in all the colours of the rainbow. It is intended to send messages that address diversity and inclusion in our society. The light show is on thanks to our partner Accenture.

For us, inclusion means creating a place where everyone feels like they belong and can freely express their authentic selves. Together with Droga5 and the artists of the Festival of Lights we let the historic Victory Column shine with the message “A Place Where Everyone Belongs”. We want to set a sign for respect and tolerance and against discrimination and racism. Colorful marbles in different sizes are in clear view on the column (of the monument). While at the beginning they are distributed individually over the column, they begin to interact with each other and eventually mix. Thus, in the end they set a sign of belonging and connectedness .
