The Museum Island is getting its very own colorful makeover for the Festival of Lights: The historic colonnades of the Alte Nationalgalerie reveal their vibrant side – an impressive interplay of ancient architecture and modern light art.
Our tip for the perfect view: You will get the absolute best view of this romantic light spectacle from Monbijoupark on the opposite side of the Spree. From there, the glowing backdrop unfolds in all its glory and reflects beautifully in the water.
